Movie: X-Men First Class

Tagline: The story begins
Review: I love the Xmen, I will not beat around the bush. There are so many mutants, heroes and anti-heroes that you relate can to at least one of them. The franchise has had its ups and downs. The first two films made the superhero genre what it is today. Stunning set pieces, breath taking special effects and a group dynamic that was brilliantly cemented in the second film. The third struck a middle ground where the spectacle overshadowed the narrative but was still a fun ride, and the last title Xmen Origins: Wolverine, was the only miss-step in the series. Xmen first Class is really very good. It manages to keep up with the first two whilst retaining an originality in its own right.
The Direction is great, Vaughns clearly got a knack for angles and keeping the audience engaged whilst the story chops and changes. The look of the film is modern, yet still has a 60s and almost retro look about it. The special effects are very good, though some how not quite up there with Xmen: The Last Stand. The energy is fast and relentless and the action sequences blend in with the dialogue sequences seamlessly.
The acting is very good, though Patrick Stewart and Ian Mckellen are definitely missed, McAvoy and Fassbender do excellent jobs and really are in keeping with the characters you already know and love. Emma Frost and Sebastian Shaw are deliciously malevolent and Moira Mctaggart is perfectly pitched. My only reservation about the acting in the film is of Mystique, who I believe wasnt quite right, her motives in the film dont seem in complete continuity with the rest of the films.
A sequel has already been planned and I shall be eagerly awaiting it. Having Storm back in the series would be a personal highlight for myself, but not necessary. I would highly recommend this film to anyone that has watched the original films and even for newcomers.
I agree with you on X-Men First Class – the first half hour of it was great, actually. tailed off a bit towards end but still a way better film than it should have been
The film X-Men First Class is worth it to watch. the X-Men First Class is so great. It’s a strangely paced movie and suffers at times from very long exposition and poorly contrived story lines that seem to be added to no doubt develop the storyline rather than the X-Men First Class story that I wanted to see.
whoa just what a fantastic show. I was heading to view X-Men First Class in the movie theater but instead I viewed it right here for free
This movie was absolutely fantastic. Already seen it three times. Loved the comics and this was the most satisfying adaptation I’ve ever seen mixed with the directors personal charm and tweaks. X-Men First Class was just sweet to watch and so fun to be a part of as an audience. LOVED IT.

The two great things about X-Men First Class are the look and the acting. When I say feel I am referring to everything from the costumes and makeup all the way to the photography combining to capture the look of the time perfectly. The soundtrack is also pretty good too as you would expect!

I thought X-Men First Class was interesting, it was a new type of comedy movie, and a smart one as well. After that it all went downhill. I saw 3 movies too many. Now I cannot bear to even watch this movie again, but, apparently there are still people out there that can enjoy a movie like this and I am glad they can.
You will literally be watching X-Men First Class in no time at all if you just take in advantage of this site. The following is what is almost certainly one of the most component about this web site as opposed to all the others. Then, if you might be lucky enough to even find a location that says you’ll be able to definitely watch X-Men First Class or watch X-Men First Class, you happen to be going to have some thing that seems like it was filmed with an iPhone…by someone with Parkinsons. Now, I know you can also be asking if you happen to be heading to have to become some personal computer genius in order to not only watch the movie, but then burn it to a DVD. Don’t have a DVD burner? No problem. Obivously I’m talking in future tense just to prove a point, as I already watched the movie. They are not going to charge you for each and every movie you need to watch, that is certainly great, mainly because I’m also sure that X-Men First Class isn’t going to be the only movie you’re ever going to need to see. It is not the regular spam you see splattered all over the web. Watch X-Men First Class now!
X-Men First Class is a genuinely great movie– disappointing summer aside. It’s more refreshing, perhaps, due to the fact that this season has been so lacking, but X-Men First Class easily deserves praise all on its own merits rather than by lack of good competition.
The film X-Men First Class is worth it to watch. the movie is so awesome.
I didn’t find it to long, it was at times a little too knowing and even self indulgent but I guess a film like that has to be! It makes my top ten of the year so far. Lets see if it stays there!
